Send useful details, not secrets
When contacting support, include your workspace or business name, the page or workflow involved, and a clear description of what happened. Screenshots can be useful when they do not expose sensitive information.
Do not email passwords, access tokens, API keys, recovery codes or other account secrets. OjasPilot and OjasYukti support should not need those secrets to understand a normal product issue.
