Terms of Use

Terms for using OjasPilot responsibly.

These terms describe the basic rules for using OjasPilot, an AI business operator for repeatable digital work and connected social workflows.

Last updated: 14 September 2026

About the OjasPilot service

OjasPilot helps businesses prepare and manage repeatable digital work. Current capabilities include business context, social content preparation, review and approval workflows, and publishing to supported connected accounts when the required permissions are enabled.

Features may evolve as OjasPilot adds new workflows, integrations and controls. Material changes may be reflected in updated product documentation or these terms.

Accounts, workspaces and authority

You are responsible for information submitted through your account and for keeping access to your workspace secure. You must have the authority to add business information, connect external accounts and approve actions on behalf of the business or organization you represent.

Do not share credentials in ways that bypass the product's intended authorization flows. Where a third-party service provides OAuth or another authorization mechanism, use that supported connection method.

AI-generated content and recommendations

OjasPilot can prepare content and other outputs using AI-assisted processing. Generated material may contain mistakes, omissions or unsuitable suggestions. You remain responsible for reviewing output before using or publishing it.

Do not rely on AI-generated output as a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial or other regulated advice. Verify factual claims and confirm that you have the rights needed for content you choose to publish.

Connected services and third-party platforms

OjasPilot can interact with supported third-party services only through the permissions and capabilities available to the connected account. Third-party services may change their APIs, permissions, policies or availability independently of OjasPilot.

Your use of an external platform remains subject to that platform's own terms and policies. Learn more in Data Integration.

Approval, scheduling and publishing

OjasPilot is designed to keep publishing decisions visible. Manual approval can be used so that prepared work waits for review before publishing. Where automation is enabled, you are responsible for the approval and publishing settings selected for your workspace.

You are responsible for content ultimately approved or published from your connected accounts, including accuracy, legality, platform compliance, rights and brand suitability.

Acceptable use

You must not use OjasPilot to break the law, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, impersonate others deceptively, distribute malicious content, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access or connect business assets you are not authorized to control.

OjasPilot may restrict access where necessary to protect users, connected platforms, infrastructure or the integrity of the service.

Availability, changes and limitations

OjasPilot is provided on an evolving basis. Features can depend on third-party APIs, account eligibility, provider availability and technical limits. The service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, security work or events outside reasonable control.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without a guarantee that every generated result, integration or automated action will always be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every business purpose.
