Information OjasPilot may process
Depending on how you use OjasPilot, the service may process account details, workspace and business profile information, brand preferences, content instructions, generated drafts, review decisions, publishing settings, usage records and information required to operate connected integrations.
When you connect an eligible social account, OjasPilot may receive identifiers, permissions and access credentials supplied through the connected platform's authorization flow. OjasPilot does not require you to provide your Facebook or Instagram password directly to the application.
How information is used
OjasPilot uses information to provide and secure the service, remember business context, prepare requested work, support review and approval workflows, operate authorized integrations, troubleshoot problems, enforce usage limits and improve product reliability.
Business context is intended to make future work more relevant to the connected business rather than forcing the user to re-enter the same information for every task.
Connected services and platform data
Connected services are used only within the permissions granted by the account owner and the capabilities made available by the third-party platform. For current social workflows, this can include Meta and Instagram account authorization for eligible professional accounts.
Disconnecting an integration stops OjasPilot from using that connection for future actions. Stored connection secrets are handled separately from normal business content and are removed when the product's disconnect flow requires immediate revocation or deletion.
For a clearer explanation of permissions, publishing and disconnect behavior, see Data Integration.
AI-assisted processing
OjasPilot may send the information needed for a requested generation task to configured AI service providers so that it can prepare text or creative output. The product is designed to generate work on demand rather than silently creating new work without a user-triggered workflow.
AI-generated material can be imperfect. Users should review important output before relying on or publishing it, especially where accuracy, rights, brand claims or regulated information matter.
Retention and data deletion
OjasPilot retains information for as long as it is reasonably needed to operate the workspace, provide the requested workflows, maintain security and meet legitimate operational or legal requirements.
Workspace owners can request full workspace deletion through the authenticated Settings area. The product uses a verified deletion-request flow so that a complete workspace is not removed accidentally.
For integration-specific deletion and disconnection guidance, see the data deletion section. You may also contact hello@ojasyukti.tech for privacy or deletion questions.
Security and access controls
OjasPilot uses application access controls, authenticated sessions and server-side handling for sensitive integration credentials. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but the product is designed to limit access to the data and actions required for each workflow.
Your choices and controls
You can control the business information you add, the integrations you connect, publishing permissions and approval settings available to your workspace. You can disconnect supported integrations and request workspace deletion.
You are responsible for ensuring that information you provide to OjasPilot is lawful to use and that you have the authority to connect any external account or business asset.
